Express Domestic Shipping: Express Shipping is available for AUD $29.00

Express International Shipping: (New Zealand only) Express Shipping is available for AUD $39.00. Standard post is not available.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Thursday.

Any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Free Exchanges: We offer one free size exchange per order, on shoes bought directly from our website, that were delivered anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Conditions for returning/exchanging Veldskoen: To return/exchange your Veldskoen, they must be unworn, in a re-sellable condition, and still in the original packaging
